Rafael Cárdenas is Of Counsel at N248 & Asociados, S.C. and actively participates in the corporate and commercial areas of the firm.
Rafael joined N248 & Asociados in 2021. Before joining the firm, he consolidated a career of more than 7 years during which he acted as Associate of Mexican firm Cervantes Sainz, S.C., as official expert translator authorized by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, and has been co-founder, counselor, legal director and member of the Board of Directors of technology companies.
In addition to his studies, Rafael has been a national lecturer on electronic signature and contracting, and also has studies in Technology Law, which has complemented his practice as a lawyer for technology companies, contributing to the high level of specialization that he handles in the practice of corporate and commercial law.
Rafael is fluent in English and Spanish, and has an intermediate level of German.
